Linear walk of about 2 hours to Chingford Hatch (buses 212 and 357) with some wet, muddy and uneven paths.  Before the muddiest paths, the route  passes the end of the Tottenham Outrage chase at the Royal Oak, 320 Hale End Road (junction with Oak Hill), Highams Park IG8 9LN (bus 275; about 10 minutes walk from Highams Park Station).
